The team services investment fund vehicles over their complete life cycle from launch over restructurings through to liquidation. The team has experience with all types of investment fund vehicles available in the Luxembourg market, including UCITS, UCITS Part II, SIF, SICAR, RAIF or vehicles that do not fall within any product regulation.

Next to our support in the setting-up, restructuring and liquidation of investment fund vehicles, the team provides advice on daily matters including compliance and governance issues, questions regarding passporting, distribution, etc. The team acts as point of contact not only for the fund initiators and for regulators but also for service providers and potential investors on an as needed basis.
