Filip Kobylkiewicz is a senior associate within our firm’s legal practice. Filip advises private equity houses, institutional investors, family offices, HNWI and multinational corporations on corporate law, M&A, structured finance, securitization, corporate governance and transactional matters.
Before joining Praxio Tax & Legal, Filip worked as corporate governance associate at Glass Lewis and as account manager for a corporate service company where he gained valuable and practical experience in day-to-day life of corporate structures. He then moved to the legal practice in an independent law firm in Luxembourg specialized in international tax and corporate matters where he advised and carried out project management related to a number of large scale real-estate, securitization and refinancing transactions. Thanks to his real-world experience Filip has a pragmatic and efficient approach to problem-solving.
Filip graduated in Irish law (LL.B.) from Dublin Business School following his studies in Polish law at A. Mickiewicz’s University in Poznan. He was awarded Patrick O’Connor Memorial Prize for the best result in Equity & Trust entrance exams to the Law Society of Ireland.
