Mikail Ceylan is an admitted lawyer (Avocat Liste II) within our firm’s legal practice.
His main areas of practice include company law, M&A, Investment funds & asset management and business litigation. He helps with drafting and preparation of legal documents and conducts legal research on specific issues related to company law, Investment funds & asset management and business litigation. He coordinates all contacts with public administrations and tax authorities. He is also in charge of anti-money laundering and KYC tasks.
Before joining Praxio, Mikail worked at the European Parliament and at the French National Assembly as MP assistant. He completed several internships in Luxembourg law firms. Mikail graduated in Sociology and Law at the Strasbourg University – France. He holds a Master’s Degree in European and International Law and a Master’s Degree in European Political Studies from the College of Europe Bruges – Belgium.
